As an Executive Chef,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店行政總廚,需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé):
1、Take full charge of daily operations of the hotel kitchen, develop menus and dish?standards to ensure consistent quality and taste of food.
? 全面負責(zé)酒店廚房的日常運營管理,制定菜單及菜品標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保出品質(zhì)量與口感穩(wěn)定。
2、Coordinate ingredient procurement plans and inventory management, strictly?control costs and optimize ingredient utilization.
? 統(tǒng)籌食材采購計劃與庫存管理,嚴格把控成本,優(yōu)化食材利用率。
3、Lead the kitchen team, manage scheduling, training and performance evaluation?to enhance the team's professional skills and collaboration efficiency.
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廚房團隊,負責(zé)排班、培訓(xùn)及績效評估,提升團隊專業(yè)技能與協(xié)作效率。
4、Innovate and develop new dishes, adjust menus according to seasons and market?trends to meet diverse guest needs.
? 創(chuàng)新研發(fā)新菜品,結(jié)合時令與市場趨勢調(diào)整菜單,滿足賓客多樣化需求。
5、Strictly implement food safety and hygiene standards, ensure compliant kitchen?operations and eliminate potential risks.
? 嚴格執(zhí)行食品安全與衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保廚房操作合規(guī),杜絕安全隱患。
6、Collaborate with the F&B department to meet special catering needs for banquets?and events, ensuring smooth service.
? 與餐飲部協(xié)作,配合宴會、活動等特殊餐飲需求,保障服務(wù)順暢。
7、Monitor daily food preparation processes, promptly handle guest feedback, and?continuously optimize dish taste and presentation.
? 監(jiān)控每日菜品出品流程,及時處理賓客反饋,持續(xù)優(yōu)化菜品口感與呈現(xiàn)。
8、Formulate kitchen budgets and supervise their execution, control operational?costs and improve F&B revenue efficiency.
? 制定廚房預(yù)算并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,控制運營成本,提升餐飲營收效益。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、College degree or above, majors in culinary arts, hotel management or related?fields are preferred, with a senior chef qualification certificate.
? 大專及以上學(xué)歷,烹飪、酒店管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,持有高級廚師資格證。
2、At least 5 years of experience as Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine in star-rated?hotels or high-end restaurants, proficient in Chinese, Western cuisine or specific?culinary styles.
? 5 年以上星級酒店或高端餐飲行政總廚 / 廚師長工作經(jīng)驗,精通中西餐或特定菜系制作。
3、Excellent ability in dish research & development and menu design, with successful?cases in building catering brands.
? 具備出色的菜品研發(fā)能力與菜單設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,有成功的餐飲品牌打造案例。
4、Familiar with kitchen management processes, cost control and food safety?regulations, with strong overall planning capabilities.
? 熟悉廚房管理流程、成本控制及食品安全法規(guī),具備較強的統(tǒng)籌能力。
5、Outstanding team leadership and training skills, able to effectively motivate the team to improve professional competence.
? 優(yōu)秀的團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)能力,能有效激勵團隊提升業(yè)務(wù)水平。
6、Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with?F&B, procurement and other departments.
? 具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能與餐飲部、采購部等部門高效協(xié)作。
7、Basic English proficiency, capable of understanding English menus and basic?work communication.
? 英語基礎(chǔ)良好,能理解英文菜單及基礎(chǔ)工作溝通。
8、Strict and responsible work attitude, strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to?high-intensity and flexible work rhythms.
? 工作嚴謹負責(zé),抗壓能力強,能適應(yīng)高強度及彈性工作節(jié)奏。
