  一、  負責長期收集、整理戰略發展區域的酒店業發展動態，并研究項目市場信息、競爭對手信息，為集團實現拓展戰略布點提供建議和信息支持。 二、  建立與各地旅游飯店行業政府主管部門、商會協會、地產開發商，飯店業的專業咨詢顧問機構、設計機構、商業中介機構的工作聯系，并建檔維護。 三、  負責收集意向拓展項目及其業主的綜合資料信息，并積極主動拜訪和溝通。 四、  負責填報拓展項目的相關信息資料，對符合集團戰略拓展要求的項目及時上報項目拓展中心領導。 五、  負責接洽業主方與景瀾酒店集團雙方的互訪、考察、會商事宜，并根據接待流程與標準做好接送、食宿、會商的相關工作。 六、  負責起草擬定相關合作意向書、全權委托管理合同等合作文本，報項目拓展總監審核；以及文本簽約完成以后的文本建檔、存檔工作。 七、  負責籌備與業主方的簽約儀式，協調集團公關部門做好新聞通訊工作。 八、  負責通知、召集部門工作會議，落實會場布置，草擬并打印會議記錄。 九、  負責日常維護與業主方的合作關系，在特殊節日期間致以適當的問候。如遇業主到集團其他管理項目酒店的情況，及時協調項目酒店做好接待工作 十、  負責做好每周、月度、季度、年度的工作計劃和總結，并建立、完善、更新、保管各種文件檔案。。 十一、  完成上級交辦的其它工作。 任職資格： 一、 基本素質：具備良好的溝通能力及業務技能， 責任心強，有較強的組織管理能力。 二、 健康條件：健康 三、 文化程度：大專 四、 工作經驗：相關工作經驗 2年
