Responsibilities: Spa Duties 1.  Accountable for all aspects of front office and reservation departments 2.  Train, develop and motivate staff to meet and exceed 5 Star service standards 3.  Conduct all human resource related provisions for front office & reservation staff 4.  Maintain proper staffing levels for front desk, guest escort, attendants and reservation staff based on spa business demands 5.  Assure a clean, safe, organized and productive work environment. 6.  Address staff, guests & members requests, concerns, issues and/or questions promptly and effectively.
