? As an attendant in charge of linen, you will be responsible for linen management, and assist in daily operation of Housekeeping Department.
根據公司規定負責布草間的日常管理工作,協助部門的日常運作。
Major Responsibility主要工作職責
? Manage linen room, send, receive and stock linen.
負責布草間的日常管理,做好布草的收發和保管工作。
? Send and receive guests' valet laundry and staff uniforms.
負責客人送洗衣物和員工送洗制服/衣物等的收發和保管工作。
? Check if there is damage in staff uniforms, provide basic maintenance to inappropriate ones.
檢查員工制服的損壞情況,對有需要維護的制服做基本的縫補和釘扣等工作。
? Reasonably allocate staff uniforms, shoes, and stockings etc. according to staff mobility.
根據公司人員的流動情況,負責合理調配員工制服及工鞋長短襪的發放等日常管理工作。
? Assist in purchasing and replacing linen/uniforms, ensure that all items are sufficient and well maintained.
配合部門完成布草、制服的采購和更換工作,確保所有倉儲物品的充足,并保存完好。
? Ensure that linen areas are clean, neat, tidy, and placed in a proper way according to fire safety rules.
保持布草間相關區域的干凈、整潔、有序,并根據公司防火要求堆放各類布草。
? Check fire/danger risks to guarantee safety.
及時檢查火災、危險隱患,確保安全。
? Corporate with Security Department to inspect fire fighting equipments on a regular basis, make sure proper usage of equipments.
配合保安部定期檢查消防設備設施,確保能正常使用。
? Check and count linen, and record daily work in linen room.
完成與布草間相關的盤點、統計、記錄等日常工作。
? Involve in guest complaints when necessary.
必要情況下,參與處理客人投訴。
? Assist in the work in floors and public areas when necessary, offer special linen to guests on a timely basis.
如有必要協助樓層和PA部分工作,客人需要的特殊布草要及時配給。
? Report immediately when have problems, offer reasonable advice, assist in overall management in linen room.
遇到或發現問題要及時報告,提出合理建議,協助部門管理好布草間的一切工作。
? Comply with rules and procedures, actively attend training programs.
遵守相關的規章制度,并積極參加培訓。
? In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團的環境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節能和安全操作。
? Other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上級交辦的其他任務。
Requirements資質需求
? Minimum one year working experience in hotel or serviced residence linen management;
1年以上的服務公寓/星級酒店布草管理工作經驗;
? Enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel;
熱忠于服務式公寓/酒店的服務事業;
? Responsible, careful, honest, reliable;
有責任心,做事認真細致,誠實可靠;
? Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team spirit;
具有良好的主動性,并具有服從精神和團隊精神;
? Strict compliance with procedure, ability to understand well, good communication skills;
能嚴格按照操作流程工作,具有良好的理解能力、表達溝通能力;
? Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word etc.);
熟練使用電腦,熟悉Microsoft Office軟件(例如: Excel、Word等);
? Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作壓力。
