3)定期檢查所有責任區(qū)域并采取改進措施,以達到品牌標準對清潔、維護和供應方面的要求。
4)與前臺、工程、市場銷售和餐飲部協(xié)調日常工作,確保所有客房和公共區(qū)域都能及時有效地保持清潔和維護。
5)整理并審核包括綠植租擺、外窗清潔、公區(qū)清潔、理石保養(yǎng)、蟲控消殺、客房清潔、花卉裝飾及布草外洗在內的所有合同,確保供需雙方達成一致。
6)堅持并推行健康與安全政策,以確保安全的工作環(huán)境;同時確保所有同事都熟悉了解安全及緊急程序。

5) Organize and review all contracts including green plant rental, exterior window cleaning, public area cleaning, stone maintenance, insect control and sanitization, room cleaning, flower decoration and linen washing to ensure that both supply and demand reach an agreement.
6) Adhere to and implement health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment; It also ensures that all colleagues are familiar with safety and emergency procedures.
7) Ensure that the Food Safety and Hygiene Standards are 100% implemented.
8) Bring guests a stay experience that exceeds expectations.
9) Select, train, develop, arrange and manage the performance of direct and indirect reports to ensure the effective operation of housekeeping.
10) Participate in the formulation of budgets and be responsible for the profit and loss of the department.
11) Participate in resolving guest feedback or complaints about the operation of the housekeeping department at any time.
