【崗位職責】 1、制定采購的方針、策略、程序文件，經管理當局批準后保證貫徹執行。 2、審批所有采購申請單、定貨單。 3、根據酒店需求與市場供應審定價格合理、貨品質量可靠、信譽好、售后服務優的供應廠商，確定供應關系。 4、負責與廠商進行大宗商品定貨的主要業務談判，審查所有合同及其他業務和約的執行和落實。 5、負責組織市場調查研究，及時酒店提供市場信息，指導下屬按計劃完成酒店的各類采購任務，并在預算內盡量做到降低成本、節省開支。 6、積極開發貨源，不斷推薦新產品，擴大貨品國產化，負責國外定貨工作。 7、經常檢查本部門執行經濟、海關、檢疫、衛生等法律法規情況，及時處理發現的問題。 【崗位要求】 1、大專學歷。 2、具有5年以上同品牌各項物品的采購經驗。。 3、對采購程序，采購合同的訂立比較精通。 4、具有較強的組織能力和溝通能力及管理能力。 5、有駕駛證。

【崗位職責】 1、根據酒店的有關規定和要求，有效地檢驗到貨物品，必須符合酒店要求的質量標準。 2、按照采購單內容和數量，辦理驗收手續。 3、驗貨時如發現數量差錯，質量不符合要求，應拒絕收貨并及時報告主管。 4、在辦理驗收手續后，應及時通知有關部門取貨。 5、填制每日收貨匯總表。 6、跟蹤和催收應到而未到的物品。 7、做好采購單的存檔工作 【崗位要求】 1、大專及以上學歷，具備酒店商品購買知識。 2、理解采購，保管，和分發程序。 3、電腦操作能力好。 4、良好的貨品控制能力和食品知識。
