We are currently looking for a Service Manager – Hygiene to join our Executive Office team. As a Service Manager – Hygiene, we rely on you to: 1. Rich knowledge of food hygiene and safety, experience in food handling and various hygiene standards; 2. Formulated the hotel's food hygiene management system and post responsibility system, and conducted daily supervision and inspection on its implementation; 3. Have working experience in training and auditing, organize hotel staff to train on health law and health knowledge; 4. Inspect and record the hygiene status of the food production and operation process every day, correct the discovered food hygiene problems and safety hidden dangers in time, and put forward treatment suggestions; 5. Regularly check the retention of food samples provided for important reception activities; 6. Establish food hygiene management files and keep various inspection records. ? We are looking for someone who : 1. At least 2 years of working experience in the same position. 2. Be able to supervise and inspect the service of hotel staff according to the service quality standards and hygiene standards of the hotel. 3. Proficient in national laws and regulations, local policies and professional knowledge about food hygiene. 4.
