      崗位職責: 1、全面負責酒店的日常運營和管理:確保酒店各項經營和管理指標的完成,帶領團隊實現年度經營目標; 2、制定酒店經營戰略和管理目標:包括制定酒店各階段經營計劃、規章制度、服務操作規程等,并監督貫徹執行; 3、建立健全酒店組織系統:使酒店組織系統合理化、精簡化、高效化,確保酒店各部門之間協調運作; 4、健全財務制度:閱讀分析每日、每月財務報表,監督財務部門做好成本控制、財務預算等工作; 5、有效把控門店運營成本:根據酒店行業淡旺季,合理調整運營策略,提升經營業績; 6、確保服務質量:管理、指導和監督員工工作,確保酒店的服務質量和衛生環境符合相關標準; 7、建立培訓體系:制定有效的培訓體系及激勵機制,提升員工的綜合素質和服務水平; 8、處理顧客投訴:做好顧客投訴處理與協調工作,確保顧客滿意度; 9、掌握市場動態:關注市場動態和競爭信息,制定切實可行的市場營銷策略; 10、制定市場拓展計劃:帶領銷售團隊進行全面的市場推廣和銷售活動,擴大酒店知名度; 11、客戶關系管理:與客戶保持良好溝通,維護酒店良好形象; 12、人才選拔與培養:負責酒店管理團隊的建設,選拔、任免、考核管理人員,決定員工編制及獎懲、晉升工作; 13、內部溝通與協調:協調酒店內部各部門之間的關系,確保酒店有一個高效率的工作團隊; 14、員工關懷與激勵:以身作則,關心員工,提高酒店凝聚力,激勵員工以高度熱情和責任感完成本職工作; 15、安全管理:負責酒店的整體安全工作,包括治安、消防及賓客的人身安全等。 16、社會關系活動:開展酒店社會關系活動,樹立良好的企業形象。 崗位要求: 1、 本科以上學歷,相關管理專業。 2、 從事國際品牌酒店工作10年以上,具有5年以上相關高層管理工作經驗。 3、 熟悉酒店各部門服務及管理流程。 4、 善于管理和經營團隊,事業心強。 5、 有較強的溝通、計劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。 6、 可以使用英文作為工作語言。
