DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作職責(zé)： Responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and establishment needs 負(fù)責(zé)酒店賓客、員工及設(shè)施的安全保衛(wèi)工作 Report to Manager all hotel property deficiencies and safety or security hazards 向經(jīng)理匯報(bào)酒店所有的財(cái)產(chǎn)損壞和安全危險(xiǎn)問題 Maintain a 24 hour surveillance of those areas that are frequented by guests and all work areas 24小時(shí)監(jiān)督客人經(jīng)常光臨及所有工作區(qū)域的安全狀況 Maintain a vigil on the closed circuit TV system and inform security officer on patrol duties of any unusual happenings 監(jiān)督閉路監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)并通知巡邏保安人員異常情況 Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire hose real outlets and fire barriers and all other safety equipment and ensure that all are in good working order and report to the Safety Manager any item of equipment which is faulty 定期檢查火災(zāi)盤，消防水帶的出水口和防火間隔等消防滅火器材及其他安全設(shè)備，確保其處于良好的工作狀態(tài)，并向保安部經(jīng)理匯報(bào)失效設(shè)備 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求： Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required.? Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired.? 擁有安全和培訓(xùn)及保安人員和執(zhí)法人員的證書。認(rèn)證的CPR，救生培訓(xùn)員及接受過必要的執(zhí)法技巧培訓(xùn)。 Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes. 具有本地法律，調(diào)查手段，OSHA要求和消防規(guī)范及生命安全規(guī)范的工作知識(shí)
