作為酒店房務經理,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Oversee daily operations of front office, housekeeping, fitness center & spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service processes across all rooms division departments.
? 統籌前廳、客房、健身中心&水療等房務板塊日常運營,確保服務流程順暢高效。
2、Develop service standards and operational guidelines for the rooms division, monitor implementation, and drive continuous optimization.
? 制定房務部服務標準與操作規范,監督執行并持續優化。
3、Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation for the rooms division team to enhance their professionalism and service awareness.
? 管理房務團隊排班、培訓及績效,提升員工專業能力與服務意識。
4、Monitor room cleanliness and facility functionality, coordinate with the engineering department for timely maintenance and repairs.
? 監控客房清潔質量、設施完好度,協調工程部門及時處理維修需求。
5、Address guest complaints and special requests related to rooms division services, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
? 處理賓客對房務服務的投訴與特殊需求,保障賓客滿意度。
6、Control operational costs of the rooms division, including material consumption and staffing, to align with budget targets.
? 控制房務部運營成本,包括物料消耗、人力配置等,確保符合預算。
7、Collaborate with sales, F&B, and other departments to support hotel events and guest reception arrangements.
? 與銷售、餐飲等部門協作,配合酒店大型活動及接待安排。
8、Regularly review rooms division operational data, propose improvement plans, and enhance overall department efficiency.
? 定期復盤房務運營數據,提出改進方案,提升部門整體效能。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、College degree or above in hotel management or related fields.
? 酒店管理或相關專業專科及以上學歷。
2、Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel front office division, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
? 至少5年酒店前廳部工作經驗,其中不少于2年管理崗位經驗。
3、Familiar with front office, housekeeping, and recreation facility operations, as well as hotel systems.
? 熟悉前廳、客房及康樂設施運營流程,熟練操作酒店系統。
4、Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and improve service quality.
? 具備出色的領導與團隊管理能力,能有效激勵員工并提升服務質量。
5、Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex guest issues and emergencies.
? 擁有優秀的溝通能力與問題解決能力,可妥善處理復雜賓客問題及突發事件。
6、Proficient in cost control and operational analysis.
? 精通成本控制與運營分析。
7、Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
? 英語聽說讀寫流利。
