MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責 Reporting?tothe General Manager, the incumbent will manage the Maintenance department andits activities to ensure optimal operational effectiveness and?promote asafe environment across the resort’s premises to all Team Members and Guests. 工程總監將匯報給酒店的總經理，工作職責包括工程部綜合管理、日常維修以確保酒店運營高效進行，以及為酒店客人和員工營造一個安全的酒店環境。 TheDirector of Engineering will?actively?participate in the developmentand coordination of preventive maintenance measures related to Guest rooms,public areas, the back of the house, as well as for mechanical equipment andthe building system. 工程總監將負責對酒店客房、公區、行政區域、機電設備、樓體系統進行預防性維護。 Additionally,the ideal candidate?will also?be responsible for ensuring that theresort’s premises and its?building systems?are adequately maintainedto the best possible standards to preserve?its?maximum value?andextend the asset life of the property. 此外，還將負責確保酒店建筑設施以及建筑系統按品牌標準得到妥善的維護以最大程度維持其價值并延長使用壽命。 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景資格 Degree majoring in Engineering from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications. 畢業于認證的學校或機構，工程維修專業 Qualifications in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design will be an advantage. 在能源和環境設計方面有管理資質將會是加分項。 Postgraduate qualifications would be a definite advantage. 研究生學歷將具有明顯競爭優勢。 PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷 Candidates with managementexperience in the security department will be given priority. 同時具備安保部管理經驗的候選人優先 A minimum of 10 years of workingexperience in the hospitality industry at senior managerial position in theengineering field. 10年及以上酒店高級工程管理職位。 A minimum of 5 years of workingexperience as Head of Engineering department. 5年及以上工程部門總監經驗。 Excellent command of processcontrol techniques and maintenance procedures. 對過程控制技能和工程維護標準有優秀的把控能力。 ?Prior experience with regulatoryand documentation requirements related to engineering codes and standards. 熟悉工程監管，并在制作工程規范以及標準的文件方面有豐富經驗。 Pre-opening resort experience and international fivestar hotel working experience as a department head are required. 作為部門主管，度假村籌備開業經歷以及國際酒店經歷是必備的資質。 OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他專業要求 ·??????
