2. Grasp the technical status of all AV system.

3. Be responsible for preventive & corrective maintenance work for all facilities or equipments in kitchen, PA, guest room, restaurant etc.

4. Be responsible for maintaining all furniture, wall and metal shelves.
負責(zé)對酒店所有木器家俱的維修、保養(yǎng)及墻壁、金屬構(gòu)架的油漆翻新。
5. According to the equipment room inspection system of engineering department, in addition to daily maintenance, regularly inspect equipment room on duty.
按照工程部機房巡檢制度,當(dāng)班時除每日維修保養(yǎng)以外,定時對設(shè)備機房進行巡查。
6. Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program.
參加酒店節(jié)能計劃。
7. Attends to all work request and repairs and maintenance works
處理所有工作請求和檢修工作。
8. Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.
在沒有當(dāng)班工程師/總工程師指導(dǎo)的情況下,主動并預(yù)見性地實施預(yù)防性維修計劃中規(guī)定的任務(wù)。
9. Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning rooms equipment, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV, telephone, TV, fire lives and safety equipment & system.
