Reviews and analyzes daily operation log.
檢查和分析每天工程日志。
Analyses readings and instrument accuracy; relates operation data to performance to ensure economical operation of facilities; discusses and co-ordinates operating difficulties with superior and/ or maintenance team for corrective action.
分析數(shù)據(jù)及儀表的精確性相關(guān)的運行數(shù)據(jù),以確保設(shè)備運行經(jīng)濟(jì);與上級和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)小組人員一起討論和協(xié)調(diào)運行上的難題并采取矯正措施。
Prepares the preventative maintenance program and makes sure the record are taken down and updated.

Conducts daily inspection of running machines, prepares service request for all deficiencies as missing or faulty gauges, loose belts, noisy bearings, excessive vibration, dirty or dark machine rooms and other defects and co-ordinates corrective actions.

Constantly reviews and maintains complete instruction manuals, prints, and engineering information files.

Assists in the preparation of annual budget of the department, checks budget realization at regular intervals and see to it that any variances therefrom are satisfactorily explained.

Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the chief engineer in his absence.

Assists, facilitates and supervises work of engineering contractors; ensures safety to men and property.

Issues tag clearances to ensure/facilitate safe work of maintenance crew and contractors, thereby avoiding accidents and mal-operation.

Responsible for developing shutdown and switching schedules for energy conservation purposes. Sees to it that these schedules are implemented strictly, and saving on energy and utilities are realized.

Co-ordinates with reservation, housekeeping F&B and other departments concerned regarding schedules of routine, preventive, or upgrade maintenance work and ensures out of order schedules are followed.
