The hotel enables a destination experience for captains of industry and leaders in style to embrace corporate and leisure travel, retail, and signature dining experiences in a refined, urban environment. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Wharf Hotels is the hotel management company of Marco Polo Hotels and Niccolo Hotels. The company is owned by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, a Hong Kong-listed group with extensive interests in property, infrastructure, communications, and retail management. Wharf Hotels currently operates 15 hotels in the Asia Pacific region. The Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events shall report directly to Area Hotel Manager and functions as the strategic business leader overseeing all Restaurants, Bars and Events operations of Niccolo Changsha revenues and profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction; provides the leadership and strategy to inspire the team to drive business results and enhance the brands. Primary Responsibilities ?Oversee the operations of Niccolo Changsha. ?Responsible for the overall management of the hotels’ Restaurants, Bars, and Events including service and kitchen operations, revenues and profitability, quality improvements, and health and safety. ?As a member of the Executive Committee, develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and colleagues. ?Work closely with functional leaders of Restaurants, Bars & Events, and the Kitchen to ensure proper manpower deployment, talent development, reward, and retention are in place. ?Review the operational practice in all areas to ensure compliance with the Group's guidelines, audit requirements as well as legislative requirements. ?Develop and manage budget and forecast to maximize business performance and manpower productivity. ?Coach, support, and drive the team to effectively manage costs whilst providing exceptional service to customers If you are someone... ?Passionate, agile, and meticulous to instigate quality service and revenue growth ?Strong customer focus with a strategic mindset and personifies a contemporary chic ethos ?Able to think boldly outside-the-box with a sharp focus on business results ?Able to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team ?Bold determination and acting with resolve to address? ?Challenges and forge positive change leading to exceptional results ?Excellent communication skills with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guests, colleagues, owner, and other stakeholders) in English and Putonghua Experience ?Minimum 6 years of management working experience in established luxury international hotels with relevant exposure in Restaurants, Bars, and Events ?Proven record in leading functional teams to achieve a business result ?Previous work exposure in China is advantageous ?Working experience in the same position in luxury hotels is a must

              崗位職責: ·?在符合服務標準,利潤率和獨立的利潤部門的前提下,確保所有小部門,會議及宴會的正常運營。 ·?確保所有的小部分具有完善的管理團隊對收入利潤和服務標準承擔責任。 ·?在符合年度商務計劃規則的前提下,明確的核算運營預算并決定部門應達到的收入、花費、人力、營運設備及固定資產。市場策劃的關鍵和推動收入的舉措將對核算運營預算起到輔助作用。 ·?在適當的時候提供準確的和切合實際的預測及更新的預期變化。 ·?確保供應商與采購部門聯絡并得到最大程度贊助,市場開發以及市場定價。 ·?監督成本并提出可衡量的控制成本的建議。 ·?確保嚴格遵守部門的營運預算范圍。 ·?根據已建立的概念陳訴,有效的管理各個部分和宴會部門。 ·?密切留意員工的能力,如果有必要作出及時的調整。 ·?和餐廳經理,宴會經理及各區域廚師長在必要時采取糾正行動。 ·?處理客人投訴和關于各種在食品,飲料及服務方面的需求。已確定的程序和草案需要詳細的解釋說明并一貫的執行。 ·?負責維護和修訂部門及相關部門的各項政策和程序,以避免含糊不清。 ·?和客人建立良好的客戶關系。 ·?在符合年度商務發展計劃的前提下建立市場活動計劃。此目標的實現需要通過適當的廣告宣傳和推廣活動的預算范圍來完成。 · 確保完成所有關于餐飲的專業報表并及時轉交給相關的部門 崗位要求: · 五至八年餐飲經驗/四/五星級酒店或高標準的社會餐飲管理。 · 很好的英文掌握能力(口語和書寫)。 · 工作中數學方面的知識。 · 計算機基本的軟件知識。 · 必要的餐飲相關專業知識。 · 具有積極合作的精神。以熱心的態度對待所有的工作, 并樂于利用一切機會學習技能以便于改進自己的工作的技巧。 · 具有極強的應變能力。靈活反應并以積極的態面對需求更改的事情,包括任何工作要求的改變的。 · 具有較強的團隊精神,通過合作及對同事工作的支持達到團隊的共同目標。 · 較強的餐飲及會議,宴會運作方面的知識和技能。 · 優秀的領導和人員管理技能,附加培訓技能。
