1.?在客人進入健身中心及游泳池前，負責讓他們登記； 2.?負責在游泳池中客人的安全； 3.?保證所有的救生設備都可正常使用，將客人反常的行為報告康樂中心主管； 4.?清楚了解泳池守則規定，確保守則得到執行； 6.?負責泳池和泳池范圍的清潔/衛生和秩序； 7.?保持泳池設備和周圍區域設施的良好狀態； 8.要求獲有CPR和急救證書，至少1年相關工作經驗，具備游泳培訓技巧的專業知識。

【崗位職責】 1、負責酒店泳池區域的日常安全巡視，確保賓客游泳安全，預防溺水等意外事故發生； 2、及時處理泳池突發安全事件，具備快速反應和急救能力，必要時實施心肺復蘇等急救措施； 3、維護泳池秩序，對違反安全規定的行為進行勸阻和糾正； 4、定期檢查救生設備（如救生圈、救生桿等）的完好性，確保隨時可用； 5、協助完成泳池開放前的準備工作及閉池后的清理檢查工作； 6、記錄每日安全巡查情況，及時上報安全隱患或設備故障。 【崗位要求】 1、持有有效的救生員資格證書（如國家職業資格救生員證或紅十字會急救證）； 2、具備基礎急救知識和技能，熟悉心肺復蘇（CPR）及AED使用； 3、責任心強，反應敏捷，能冷靜應對突發狀況； 4、身體健康，具備良好的體能和游泳能力（如連續游200米以上）； 5、能適應倒班工作制（含周末及節假日）； 6、無不良嗜好，具備良好的服務意識和團隊協作精神。
