工作職責(zé)：Position Statement This role is responsible for managing a team of Cluster Revenue Managers/Revenue Specialists that support hotels across the Asia Pacific region, as well as directly managing revenue operations for pipeline hotels in the region. The focus of this role is to drive continued development and growth of customer service standards, as well as revenue and profits. This role is expected to engage and develop team member whilst driving commercial performance for the portfolio by providing direction and offering feedback on performance. You will report into the Director, Business Development RMCC APAC. What will I be doing? As the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager – Project, RMCC APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Revenue management: ? Ensure all Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures are followed to capitalize and maximize revenue potential.? Utilize systems, tools and reports in the prescribed way to ensure all revenue management decisions are supported with relevant data analysis.? Works effectively with RMCC Team members, corporate team members, i.e., RDR, RCD, Hotels （GMs, CDs, GC&E and on property revenue coordinator）, sales, marketing, and e－commerce to build trusting relationships and ensure incremental financial and revenue management performance （RevPAR, RGI, EBITDA）.People Management: ? Effectively manages the team and provides training and coaching to current and new Team Members to improve performance and to meet the current and future needs of the business.? Encourage the talent development and create succession plan, and address performance issues in a supportive, timely manner.Project Management: ? Take end－to－end accountability for projects that drive revenue, efficiency, and operational excellence.? Overview on the project design, preparation, guidelines, and facilitate review calls with global/regional/ hotels team.? Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on－time completion.? Responsible for project training plan, including （but not limited to） hotel facing training documentation, and internal process related training. ? Leverage automation tools and solutions to improve work efficiency. ? Drive change management and communication processes with focus on key commercial initiatives. ? The role will need to manage stakeholders at all levels and on multiple project work streams.? Help run project review meeting to include progress and status reports on a timely basis.? Job Summary: TheDirector of Project Management will lead and oversee all aspects of projectmanagement within China, ensuring the successful execution of projects frominception to completion. 主要職責(zé)： 1.貫徹執(zhí)行國家資產(chǎn)管理方針政策與法律法規(guī)，建立健全各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，合理配置資源以提高使用效率，保障資產(chǎn)安全完整并防止流失。 2.負(fù)責(zé)資產(chǎn)驗(yàn)收、入庫、報(bào)賬、出庫等全流程管理，及時(shí)處理各部門固定資產(chǎn)增減變動(dòng)并按規(guī)定銷賬或轉(zhuǎn)賬，定期組織全院資產(chǎn)清查及報(bào)廢資產(chǎn)清理，確保賬、物、款額相符。 3.承擔(dān)采購物資現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)收工作，規(guī)范填寫相關(guān)信息并進(jìn)行固定資產(chǎn)分類編號(hào)登賬建卡，掌握庫存情況，做到先進(jìn)先出以減少損耗，庫存不足時(shí)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充以保障日常運(yùn)營。 4.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行出入庫手續(xù)，按期登記明細(xì)賬、定期盤點(diǎn)、按時(shí)填報(bào)報(bào)表，確保賬、物、卡及賬表相符，及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)庫存情況并盤活物資，完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事宜。 任職要求： 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，碩士研究生優(yōu)先，財(cái)務(wù)管理、工商管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、會(huì)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)； 2.具有2年以上資產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有高?；虼笮推髽I(yè)資產(chǎn)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； 3.英語可作為工作語言，有海外留學(xué)或工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先； 4.工作業(yè)績或綜合能力特別優(yōu)秀的，條件可適當(dāng)放寬。
