崗位職責 1、遵守操作規(guī)程及酒店規(guī)章制度。 2、按計劃檢修客房，檢修公共區(qū)域，根據客房損壞情況排出先后次序。 3、完成綜合性臨時任務，如檢查VIP房、監(jiān)督客房、餐廳、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成賓客提出的小修工作。 5、完成維修領班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房設施現狀、公共區(qū)域現狀，提出補救意見。 崗位要求 1、中專以上文化程度；1-2年以上同崗位工作經驗。有電工證 2、以電工、水暖、裝修優(yōu)先，對鉗工、管工、空調、木工、油工專業(yè)知識有一定的了解，具備一專多能，動手能力強。 3、五官端正。 4、具備一定的英語對話能力。 5、身體健康，精力充沛。
