崗位職責 1、負責餅房制作面包的質量，檢查面包所應達到的味道、溫度和成色。 2、對本區域內的各種機器和設備進行檢查和管理，防止酒店財產遭受損壞和丟失。 3、經常了解可改進食品質量或降低食品成本的新產品。 4、每日準時供應不同的面包和各種制品，并隨時查看，短缺時予以補充。 5、經常教育和訓練員工提高制作面包的技術及裝飾的技巧，短缺時予以補充。 6、負責熱菜所需的各種面包、熱狗包、漢堡包和各種甜點的制作。 崗位要求 1、中專學歷以上，熟練的專業英語交流能力。 2、具有西餅房相關管理工作經驗1年以上。 3、熟悉西式面包制作，有一定的創新意識 。

Duties and Responsibilities工作職責 · Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known · 進行交接班說明，確保了解酒店的活動和運營要求。 · 面點、蛋糕和發酵食品 o petits fours o 法式小點心 o desserts o 甜點 · 冷、熱甜點 o Decorate, portion and present o 裝飾、切片和裝盤 · Prepares a selection of rolls and breads · 制作各式面包。 · Prepares a selection of specialty items · 制作各種特色食品。 · Prepares a selection of bread art · 制作各種面點。 · Requisition supply items as needed from storerooms; assist in receiving items and taking inventory. · 向庫房申請所需的用品；協助接收物品和盤存的工作。 · Set up work station as required to include mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies. · 必要時整理布置工作臺，包括擺設，工具，設備和用品。 · Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, safety and health standards.
