Assist Sales and Marketing Director in reaching the targeted goals of the Hotel as defined in the marketing plan.
To lead and manage the Public Relations Function of the Hotel through the development and implementation of successful strategies which are market focused,supportive of Sales & Marketing plans and in line with both Company and Hotel Mission and Vision.To keep all media sources informed of relevant events which place the hotel and its name in the public eye as a market leader,therefore maintaining a link between the Hotel and the press within the local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To create and maintain good relations with the media ( print,broadcast, etc.) and assist in implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.
建立和維持與媒體之間的良好關系(報紙、書刊、廣播電視等),并協助執行酒店的廣告宣傳戰略。
Write press releases on all happenings/events in the hotel and ensure all press releases are sent to all local and regional newspaper and magazines.
攥寫新聞稿,并確保將所有的新聞稿發送給本地及相關地區的報紙及雜志聯系人。
Prepare, plan and execute hotel’s public relations activities plan.
準備,計劃和執行酒店的公關活動計劃。
Daily news clippings on hotel's happenings and happenings in the city and other hotels.
剪存酒店的相關報道,城市相關信息及競爭對手的報道或廣告。
Co-ordinates hotel photography when required
協調酒店的攝影活動。
To maintain stock inventory of an updated photo library and press kit.
維持印刷品一定存貨數量,更新圖片庫以及新聞資料夾。
To coordinate with the printing, design as well as adherence to the corporate guidelines for all printed materials of the hotel.
協調酒店所有印刷品的設計,印刷流程并遵循酒店既定的方針。
Translate news articles, letters and press releases into Chinese or vice versa.
翻譯新聞訊息,信件及新聞稿。
Possesses leadership and strong interpersonal skills and able to make sound independent decision.
有領導才能和很好的人際溝通能力,能夠做出有效的決定。
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
在口頭和書面上有良好的溝通技巧,并且擁有工作崗位需要的最基本的語言交流能力。
Responsibility
1. Management of digital content and community outreach in the village and provide digital customer experience rich and interactive content
2. Depending on the highlights, it will ensure the management and delivery of content and information Village and Social Networks.
3. Data catching in village
4. Development on E-Survey (Depend on project or resort needs)
5. Village complaints management on Social Media
6.Others
Requirement
1. Specific colleague course or above; basic in English spoken and writing; Basis of graphic design software (e.g. PS).
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Experience in media marketing is preferred (e.g. Wechat, Weibo).
