【崗位職責】 1、全面負責健身中心的日常運行和管理； 2、熟悉應急事故的處理程序； 3、管理健身中心所有會員的檔案，有計劃制定健身計劃，提供針對性的服務； 4、有計劃地根據(jù)不同季節(jié)，不同時間制定相應的俱樂部會員卡促銷方案； 5、與健身中心所有設備的供應商保持緊密聯(lián)系，做好運動器材設備的日常維護和保養(yǎng)； 6、與轄區(qū)內衛(wèi)生管理部門保持緊密聯(lián)系。 【崗位要求】 1、中專以上學歷； 2、有一級以上教練員指導證； 3、有救生員資格證。

1.?在客人進入健身中心及游泳池前，負責讓他們登記； 2.?負責在游泳池中客人的安全； 3.?保證所有的救生設備都可正常使用，將客人反常的行為報告康樂中心主管； 4.?清楚了解泳池守則規(guī)定，確保守則得到執(zhí)行； 6.?負責泳池和泳池范圍的清潔/衛(wèi)生和秩序； 7.?保持泳池設備和周圍區(qū)域設施的良好狀態(tài)； 8.要求獲有CPR和急救證書，至少1年相關工作經驗，具備游泳培訓技巧的專業(yè)知識。
