?Ensure that your team delivers quality services, both in the production of customer service at all points of sale in the hotel.
?Ensure the correct operation of the various services in your department.
?Effective leadership of all department managers.
?Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
?Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent.
?Ensure that the health and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department, especially HACCP standards.
?Ensure that there is compliance with the work legislation in Food and Beverage departments.

Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗
?Proficient in English conversation;
?Working experience in international five-star hotel is preferred;
?Master the knowledge of tourism marketing, sales, sociology and hotel management;
?Strong social activity ability, organizational leadership and practical work ability;

·?AIn the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

·?Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up

·?Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

·?Make conversation to guests during their order and find out their likes and dislikes as well as building rapport
