【崗位職責】 1、負責賓客游泳的安全、巡視池內泳者的動態。防止發生意外，保證賓客的安全。 2、上班集中精神，不得與無關人員閑談，救生臺不得空崗，無關人員不得進入池面。 3、能按服務工作規范的質量標準獨立進行工作。 4、需具備水上緊急救援技能及陸地人工救護專業知識，能夠在發生水上或陸地意外時，迅速、有效地實施急救措施，保障人員安全。 5、每天8小時工作制，每月能夠出勤8-10天班，薪資日結，每小時20元。

BASIC FUNCTION基本職責 Responsible for the cleanliness, and co-ordinates with Engineering regarding maintenance of the swimming pool and surrounding areas; ensures the safety and comfort of pool users. 負責清潔泳池及其周圍區域并與工程部協調好對泳池的保養工作；確保顧客的安全和舒適 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職責和義務 1.Observes closely activities in the swimming pool area and advises pool users on preventive and safety measures. 緊密觀察泳池區域的情況，并勸告顧客注意安全 2.Cleans and maintains regularly the swimming pool and surrounding areas, including chairs, tables, pool locker rooms and all pool equipment. 定期清潔保養泳池及其周圍區域，包括躺椅、桌子、泳池更衣室和所有泳池內的設施設備 3.Informs medical clinic, Assistant Executive housekeeper and immediate supervisors of any accident and readily renders first aid assistance to victims. 向醫務室、行政副管家和主管匯報意外事故并給與受害者第一時間的急救 4.Checks chlorine and acid contents of pool water, records results in logbook reports same to supervisor. 檢查池水氯氣和酸的含量，做好記錄并向主管匯報 5.Controls issuance of towels and locker keys to pool users and makes sure that guests sign in the log book provided for tracer purposes. 控制好發放給顧客的毛巾和更衣室鑰匙，確保顧客在記錄本上簽字 6.Attends to the needs of guests such as providing them with towels, arranging tables and chairs and others. 照顧顧客的需要，例如：為他們提供毛巾，整理桌子和躺椅等 7.Checks membership cards of guests using pool locker rooms as required. 檢查使用泳池的顧客的會員卡 8.Checks and maintains supplies room and ensures that supplies and equipment are adequate and complete for the day’s work. 檢查和保養供應室，并確保供品和設備的完好充足以滿足一天的工作 9.Makes sure that all doors are locked before signing out. 在下班前確保所有的門都被鎖上 10.Performs other related duties that may be assigned. 履行其他可能被安排的相關任務 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1.At least high school graduate 高中以上學歷 2. Male, physically and medically fit 男性，身強體壯 3. Must be a strong and skilful swimmer 必須具有較好的游泳技能 4. Holder of life saver certificate 具有救生員證書 5. Knowledgeable in administering first aid measures 具有第一時間的觀念 6. Good in verbal communication 良好的口語能力

Please note that Master Task Lists arereviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guestexpectations and operating philosophies. §?禮貌而高效的處理客人和員工詢問，對不能立即解決的投訴和問題匯報領班，并及時回饋和跟進。 Handle guest enquiries in a courteous andefficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Team Leader if noimmediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. §? 明確自身首要任務是為客人提供服務，并以客人的需求和安全為第一要務。 Realize that his/herprimary role is to be of service to the guest and that their needs & safetycome first §? 確保告知酒店客人關于酒店活動及服務的正確信息和建議。 Must impart correctinformation & advise the guest on the various services/activities in thehotel. §?確保所有區域的整潔。 Must keep all areas clean at all time §? 必須完全了解急救和救生的技術。 Must be completelyconversant with first aid & life saving techniques. §? 時刻關注客人發出的求救信號。 Must be attentiveand alert for any signs from the guest. §? 保障客人的人生安全。 Must be ensure guestsafety. §? 在有替補人員情況下救生員不得離崗超過15分鐘，如果需超過15分鐘應報備給水療與健身經理。 Lifeguards shouldnot be away from duty for more than 15 minutes if substitutes are available. Ifmore than 15 minutes is required, must report to Spa&Fitness Manager. §? 在無替補人員情況下救生員不得離崗。 The lifeguard shallnot leave the area without a substitute. §? 應救生員疏忽導致的任何安全，救生員應承擔一切責任。 Shall be liable forany safety resulting from their negligence.
