崗位職責(zé)： 1.全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店的工程和安保工作； 2.掌控能耗及維修費(fèi)用、保障酒店正常運(yùn)營(yíng)、相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備安全有效的基礎(chǔ)上最大限度的節(jié)能降耗； 3.負(fù)責(zé)安保工作的日常管理及相關(guān)政府部門外聯(lián)工作； 4.通過(guò)計(jì)劃維保、日常管理、消防培訓(xùn)、責(zé)任考核等各種管理方式，確保酒店資產(chǎn)、員工、賓客的安全，使酒店正向可持續(xù)運(yùn)行； 5.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。 任職條件： 1.3年及以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 2.必須掌握機(jī)電工程設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、熟悉電子通訊設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)、暖通、空調(diào)、給排水設(shè)備等的使用和維護(hù)管理，具備消防專業(yè)知識(shí)； 3.熟練操作辦公軟件，有較好的行文能力； 4.敬崗愛(ài)業(yè)，具有較好的外部關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)和統(tǒng)籌能力，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、協(xié)作能力、優(yōu)秀的溝通能力； 5.遇事沉著冷靜，責(zé)任心強(qiáng) ，安全意識(shí)強(qiáng)。

【崗位職責(zé)】 1、負(fù)責(zé)酒店的所有給排水系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和保養(yǎng)維修。 2、參與蒸汽管路系統(tǒng)的改造和維修保養(yǎng)。冷熱水管路的維修保養(yǎng)。 3、負(fù)責(zé)酒店內(nèi)的所有水龍頭及衛(wèi)生潔具的維修保養(yǎng)。 4、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)所有下水、污水道進(jìn)行維護(hù)及疏通。 5、配合做好所有水系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)。 6、負(fù)責(zé)各區(qū)域廚房?jī)?nèi)的煤氣管接口、閥門的檢查保養(yǎng)。 7、主動(dòng)向領(lǐng)班匯報(bào)工作中的問(wèn)題及完成情況，及時(shí)記錄當(dāng)天維修日志。 8、除及時(shí)完成本職能組負(fù)責(zé)的各維修任務(wù)外，應(yīng)服從主管和值班工程師的指派，幫助其它工種努力完成相關(guān)的維修工作。 【崗位要求】 1、中專以上文化程度， 2、有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上。 3、能獨(dú)立完成管路系統(tǒng)的維修和其他維修工作。 4、具有豐富的管道工經(jīng)驗(yàn)并持有相關(guān)的上崗操作證書(shū)。
