工作職責：Position Statement This role is responsible for managing a team of Cluster Revenue Managers/Revenue Specialists that support hotels across the Asia Pacific region, as well as directly managing revenue operations for pipeline hotels in the region. The focus of this role is to drive continued development and growth of customer service standards, as well as revenue and profits. This role is expected to engage and develop team member whilst driving commercial performance for the portfolio by providing direction and offering feedback on performance. You will report into the Director, Business Development RMCC APAC. What will I be doing? As the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager – Project, RMCC APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Revenue management: ?
