審批采購申請和費用報銷,確保財務合規范。

嚴格把控餐廳的服務品質和菜品質量,維護米其林星級的聲譽。

Job Responsibilities:
Incharge daily operations, including restaurant opening and closing processes, to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Recruit, train and manage a team of staff including cooks, waiters, cashiers, etc.Develop employee scheduling, ensure adequate manpower coverage, and arrange employees' rest and work time reasonably.
Motivate and evaluate employee performance, deal with employee problems and disputes.
To ensure an excellent dining experience for customers and to deal with customer complaints and suggestions in a timely manner.Build good relationship with customers, improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Work with the chef team to develop and update the menu, ensuring that the dishes meet Michelin standards and the characteristics of French cuisine.
Supervise food procurement and inventory management to ensure freshness and quality of food.Responsible for budget formulation and control, including cost control, revenue management and profit analysis.
Approve purchase requests and expense claims to ensure financial complianc.
Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training to prevent accidents and emergencies.Strictly control the service quality and dish quality of the restaurant, and maintain the reputation of Michelin stars.
Plan and organize special events such as holiday celebrations, private parties and wine tastings.

Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in related field (e.g. hotel management, Culinary arts management, etc.). At least 3 years of management experience in the catering department of high-end restaurants or star-rated hotels, familiar with French restaurant operation. Proficient in French cooking and dining culture, with an in-depth knowledge of ingredients, dish combinations and cooking techniques. Familiar with wine and beverage knowledge, able to provide professional pairings advice. Excellent team leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and develop employees. Good organizational, coordination and decision making skills to effectively deal with complex operational issues. Excellent customer service awareness and communication skills to deal with various customer needs and complaints. English communication skills, able to communicate with international customers and employees without barriers. Be familiar with the relevant regulations and hygiene standards of the catering industry to ensure that the restaurant operates in compliance. Able to keep calm in high pressure working environment and effectively deal with all kinds of emergencies. Great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant meets Michelin standards.
