              崗位職責 1.制定酒店相關(guān)模塊培訓(xùn)計劃和月度培訓(xùn)計劃。 2.跟蹤評估培訓(xùn)效果,進行改進。 3.按期向上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反饋酒店培訓(xùn)實施結(jié)果。 4.與相關(guān)部門進行溝通,取得培訓(xùn)工作所需的協(xié)助。 5.審批修訂各種培訓(xùn)教材;負責員工考核工作的實施。 6.負責經(jīng)常深入部門,了解部門的培訓(xùn)需要,提出可行性教學(xué)建議。 7.進行各項教學(xué)活動的聯(lián)絡(luò)組織工作。 崗位要求 1.大專以上學(xué)歷,有相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗3年以上。 2.熟悉員工的規(guī)律、特點和崗位培訓(xùn)工作程序。 3.了解酒店員工的服務(wù)工作規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標準的要求。 4.掌握培訓(xùn)方法,能熟練操作辦公軟件。
