Duties & Responsibilities崗位職責:
1.?Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas

2.?Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures

3.?Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request

4.?Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Team Leader如發現有布草,家具,固定物或裝置的丟失或損壞的情況,及時向樓層主管匯報。
5.?Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors

Qualifications崗位要求:
1.?Minimum high school and skill training school education
高中及以上學歷
2.?Experience preferred but not necessary
具有相關工作經驗者優先考慮
3.?Able to handle and manage heavy loads.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.
Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
