1.?Assist all guests arriving by car, taxi or limousine by opening the car door and helping to unload luggage. ?Extreme care and proper loading habits for protection of guest property should be taken when carts are in use. 協(xié)助到店客人開(kāi)車門(mén)，從車輛后備箱卸行李。在使用行李車運(yùn)送客人物品是要小心搬運(yùn)和碼放以 確保客人的物品不被損壞。 2.?Answer bell stand phone within 3 rings by using proper phone etiquette. 聲鈴聲之內(nèi)接起行李臺(tái)的電話并使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電話接聽(tīng)問(wèn)候語(yǔ)。 3.?Responsible of delivering items required by the guest to guest room or other locations. 確保客人的物品被準(zhǔn)確的搬運(yùn)到客人的房間或者其它地點(diǎn)。 4.?Complete all required checklists per shift (e.g., daily checklist, valet list, check out log, etc.).完成所有本班次禮賓部工作檢查表（例如：每日工作檢查表，行李房檢查表，退房記錄等等）。 5.?Ensure timely delivery/retrieval of all luggage, packages, etc. either checked or left at bell stand. 確保及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的處理行李、包裹或者其它物品的寄放和提取。 6.?Be very knowledgeable about the rooms and their locations, services and facilities of the hotel. 掌握酒店房間設(shè)施、位置、各餐廳和其他設(shè)施的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目、營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間等。 7.?Have a solid understanding and able to give accurate directions to local attractions, restaurants. Being able to offer and arrange car rental, airline and train tickets, office services, beauty and barber services, baby sitting and arranging presents, repairs and shopping for the guests. 熟悉當(dāng)?shù)氐穆糜尉包c(diǎn)、餐廳信息。協(xié)助客人租車、預(yù)定飛機(jī)票火車票、提供辦公室服務(wù)提供美容理發(fā)店信息、照看小孩服務(wù)、安排禮物、修理物品以及提供商場(chǎng)購(gòu)物的信息。
