工作職責：    （一） 向客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的服務。 （二） 清楚了解當天的客房預訂和客人特殊要求的情況。與接待處密切合作，掌握當天的團隊及散客入住的變動情況。 （三） 提前安排預抵VIP客人房間，根據(jù)預定單要求提前安排車輛、果籃、鮮花等VIP用品，提前檢查VIP客房，確保房間達到高標準狀態(tài)。與餐飲部、管家部協(xié)調(diào)好，確保客人或管理層要求的小禮品在客人到達前準備就緒。 （四） 歡迎VIP客人，護送貴賓到客房，在房內(nèi)完成入住登記手續(xù)。負責落實所有有關(guān)VIP客人的具體工作，確保VIP客人居停愉快。 （五） 學習酒店火災或緊急事件處理程序。 （六） 熟悉酒店的各項規(guī)章制度，特別是酒店當前的促銷活動。 （七） 參加每天早上的部門例會，向前廳部經(jīng)理匯報客人的投訴和其它事件。有需要時，提交事件的詳細報告以便管理層參考。 （八） 每天巡視酒店各處，確保一切正常運作。 （九） 時間允許的話，在大堂歡送客人，并在繁忙時間幫助各分部接待客人。協(xié)助每一位VIP客人退房并歡送他們。 （十） 若發(fā)現(xiàn)酒店范圍內(nèi)有任何破損，通知相關(guān)部門進行維修。 （十一）提供急救服務，陪同客人到酒店醫(yī)療室就診。必要時，安排救護車或運輸工具送客人到醫(yī)院就診。 （十二）為住店客人或熟客寄送生日賀卡及生日蛋糕。 （十三）有技巧地處理客人的投訴，避免造成更大的影響。并在合理的時間內(nèi)給予回復 （十四）與其它部門密切合作，熟知相關(guān)的信息，了解酒店最新的推銷和產(chǎn)品知識，確保V客人居停愉快。 （十五）通過禮貌電話拜訪收集客人意見，并每天向賓客關(guān)系經(jīng)理反映。 （十六）保管酒店的萬能鑰匙，負責打開房間和辦公室門，開啟客人離開時鎖上的保險箱，加鎖。 （十七）參加消防安全培訓，參加酒店消防演練工作。 任職資格： （一） 大專及同等學歷以上，1年以上五星級酒店同崗位工作經(jīng)驗。 （二） 具有酒店前臺服務經(jīng)歷，熟知酒店前臺、客房操作流程。 （三） 工作勤奮，具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，電腦操作熟練。 （四） 普通話標準，英語聽說讀寫流利，品貌端正。 （五） 反應靈活，溝通能力和銷售能力強。
