In short, this role is Hotel Operation+ Sales& Marketing + Community Building rolled into one. Stey’s assistant community manager is the #2 of the property in charge, he/she works closely with Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property. This role will not only have the responsibility to make sure things are in order on a day to day basis (operation) , but equally important, Assistant Community Manager is committed at fostering the vibrancy of the community (community building) , as well as promoting the project to potential customers （sales& marketing）.
